Meditation Techniques Workshops
Meditation is the ancient pathway to calmness, inner peace, tranquillity
and blossoming spirituality. In addition, meditation has been shown to aid medical conditions such as high blood pressure,
asthma, depression and anxiety.
The Annapurna Therapies Meditation Techniques workshop gives an introduction to a range of meditation techniques that
will variously include:

guided meditation taster

sound/mantra (including Gong
Bath soaking!)

aroma meditation taster (includes
making your own aroma candle)

mandala meditation (drawing and sand)

dancing the chakras
Full day:
10.30am - 4pm (allow for late running)
