I have trained in several complementary and psychological therapies here in the UK and Sydney, Australia at the prestigious Nature Care College.  My qualifications include BSc  Geology (London), Diplomas: Aromatherapy, Colour Reflexology, Nutrition, Meditation, Anatomy & Physiology; Certificates: Wild-at-Heart Art Expression, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Counselling, Swedish Massage.  I am a member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists, Colour International and the International Association of Colour.

The name of Annapurna Therapies was chosen to capture the majesty and spiritual consciousness that I found whilst undertaking voluntary service in Nepal.  Nepal is a very small country sandwiched between China to the north and India to the south, and can boast the home of Mount Everest.  The Annapurna mountains are found north of Pokhara, Nepal's second city to the west of Kathmandu.  The Annapurna mountains hold special spiritual significance to the Nepalese, and indeed it is forbidden to climb one of the peaks in the range as it is so sacred.
 

My approach to healing is eclectic - meditation, spa techniques such as aromatherapy and reflexology, colour therapeutics and spiritual growth.  I offer either personal consultations, or a series of workshops where the emphasis is upon building trust, personal intuition and confidence.
