The
pace of modern living and the easy access to processed foods has resulted in unhealthy lifestyles where we bombard our bodies
with poor nutrition, and overload our immediate environment with harmful and noxious chemicals. In addition, our lives are one long battle against stress – whether from within or without, achieving
little or no time for true relaxation and magical fulfilment. The consequences of this unhealthy onslaught is that our body
and mind become congested leading to such ailments as chronic fatigue, eczema, food allergies and intolerance, arthritis,
recurrent thrush, colds and flu, depression and life-threatening ailments such as heart, kidney and liver disease, and cancer.
